Vitamin E present in many foods. It can destroy poisons and harmful compounds in the body. It has antioxidants substances. It is also useful when you are formation of red blood cells. There are actually 2 kinds of vitamin A. The first is called retinoid which includes retinol, which can be seen in foods of animal origin, such as; liver, kidney, butter, use, egg yolks, shrimp, cod liver oil and whole cream. The second is called provitamin A which is part of the carotenoid family, including beta-carotene which can be present in sweet potatoes, Bok Choy, carrots, spices, lettuce, dried herbs, butternut squash, cantaloupe, dried apricots, dark leafy greens, Romaine lettuce and winter squashes.
